Health Club Manager
Responsibilities: Will be responsible for taking care of all of the health club operations. Should be able to define clear processes for each department, identify problem areas, and design corrective solutions for these issues. The Service Manager, Personal Training Manager, and HR manager will all report to this individual directly. This role reports directly to the Managing Director.
Qualifications: Candidate should have 8+ years of experience in running a business in the health club, hospitality or related industry. Must have a Bachelors degree, an MBA would be a plus.

Personal Trainer
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for helping clients with any questions they may have regarding their training plans. You will also offer one-on-one training to customers interested in personal training with you. At the start of a personal training interaction a complete health assessment is to be completed with a comprehensive set of body measurements. This data is then used by you to calculate risk factors for the individual based on which a health and nutrition plan is to be defined.
Qualifications: Must have a high school degree or higher, a Physio Therapy or Physical Education degree is preferred. The candidate must also have had at least 2+ years of personal training experience with a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.

Spa Therapist
Responsibilities: The Therapist will perform a wide range of treatments to help with individual personal and beauty care needs. Some of the therapies you should be able to do are: Massages, Facials, Body Wraps/Scrubs, Manicure, Pedicure, and more. An extensive training program is conducted by Latitudes to ensure that each candidate who joins performs each of these treatments accurately and using our techniques.
Qualifications: Must have a high school degree or higher along with a certificate confirming completion of a Spa Therapist or related program. Experience of 2+ years in a Spa is a strong plus.

Hair Dresser
Responsibilities: A Hair Dresser would perform a wide range of hair relaed services to men or women. Examples of services would be: Hair Trimming, Change of Style, Protein Pack Treatments, Perming, Hair Washing, Permanent Straightening, Curling, Coloring, and much more. The Beautician will further be expected to perform Mehndi, Makeup, and other related services.
Qualifications: Must have a high school degree or higher along with a certificate confirming completion of a beautician or related program. Experience of 5+ years in a Beauty Parlor is also preferred.

Service Representative
Responsibilities: This is a demanding role which puts the candidate in front of the customer throughout the day. This role would perform tasks such as: Handling customer complaints/issues, Providing tours of the facility and selling memberships to interested customers, filing of Personal Training reports, handling incoming phone call inquiries, and so on.
Qualifications: Must have a high school degree, a Bachelors degree would be a plus. Candidates from the hotel management or hospitality industries are preferred. Two or more years of experience in a related job would be ideal.
